Jim is the Chief Revenue Officer at Syght, where he leads the marketing strategy and revenue growth for the company.
Jim has a diverse business background with over 20 years of experience leading marketing and sales results across multiple industries. Jim started his career in enterprise technology where he managed customer intelligence and marketing programs for clients including Business Objects (SAP), Citrix Systems and Informatica. He later worked in digital marketing for Rakuten in New York City and branding with Greenhouse Partners in Boulder, CO. While at Rakuten, he directed digital sales channel sales for a $250MM client portfolio. At Greenhouse, Jim oversaw brand positioning, identity and marketing plans for over 15 global and start-up brands. Prior to joining Syght, Jim was co-founder and CEO of Farmhand Organics, an investor-backed food start-up that Jim grew to a nationally distributed brand. Jim led the company through multiple pivots and sale of the company to a strategic partner in 2018.
Jim lives in Denver with his wife and three daughters where they enjoy the Colorado outdoors as much as possible, including hiking, skiing, camping and fly fishing. Jim graduated from the University of Kansas with BS in Journalism and Business Communications.
